Mike Packard is a singer-songwriter from Glens Falls, NY USA. As a young child, Mike was already creating stories while absorbing murder ballads, one-hit-wonders and his dad's Tom Waits records.

He has been performing year-round for over 25 years on acoustic guitar and harmonica, as a solo artist, part of a duo and trio, throughout the Adirondack region of Upstate New York.

In the early 1990's, Mike first met drummer Dave Harris in their band Cat's Pajamas. Later in the '90s in Mike's 2nd band Ultra Sheen, Scott Smith came in on bass. Ultra Sheen took a ten year hiatus and reformed in the late 2000s with Mike, Dave and Scott as Sheen.

As well as performing and recording with Sheen, he has released four solo albums independently on his Reality Theorist Records. His newest CD, creativity titled "No. 4", was released December 2024 and available digitally everywhere.
